Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to MailGo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MailGo mobile application (the "App") operated by MailGo ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
2. Use of the App
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18 years old, you may only use this App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 User Account
To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
2.3 Intended Use
The App is designed to assist with email writing, including generating professional emails from intent descriptions, rewriting and polishing drafts, humanizing AI-generated text, and providing AI workplace communication coaching. While we strive to provide high-quality output, you should review all AI-generated content before sending and are solely responsible for the emails you send.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 App Content
The content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by MailGo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3.2 User-Generated Content
You retain full and exclusive ownership of all content you create using the App, including email intent descriptions, drafts, and any other materials you provide. We do not claim any rights, ownership, or license to your content. Your content is processed solely to provide the App service to you. We will never use your content for training AI models, analytics, marketing, or share it with third parties for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
3.3 AI-Generated Content
All content generated by the AI through your use of the App belongs entirely to you, including generated emails, rewritten drafts, and coaching suggestions. We do not claim any copyright, ownership, or license over AI-generated content. You are free to use, modify, publish, and commercialize it in any way you choose.
4. Data Collection and Usage
We may use third-party analytics services to collect anonymous data for analytics purposes. This data may include device identifiers and general usage statistics. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App:
In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
To generate or send spam, phishing emails, or other unsolicited messages.
To create content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate others.
To interfere with the proper functioning of the App or other users' experience.
For any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
6.1 Payment Methods
We accept payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.
6.2 Refunds
Our refund policy is subject to the terms of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Please refer to their respective policies for more information.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App if you breach these Terms. Specifically, your account may be terminated for violations including but not limited to: using the App for prohibited purposes as outlined in Section 5, infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the App or its services. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the in-app account settings or by contacting us at support@mailgo.app.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MailGo be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain errors and that you are responsible for reviewing all content before use.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by sending a notification within the App. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:
Amicable negotiation between the parties.
Mediation.
Arbitration in Hong Kong, if the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation.

12. Language
In case of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
