Your writing content, including email intent descriptions and drafts (processed to provide AI email writing assistance).
AI-generated emails and rewritten content (produced through your use of the App).

Your content is processed to provide AI email writing service. We will NEVER use your content for training AI models, analytics, marketing, or any purpose other than delivering the App service. You can delete your content at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
To provide, maintain, and improve our AI email writing services.
To generate professional emails from your intent descriptions, rewrite and polish your drafts, humanize AI-generated text, and provide AI workplace communication coaching.
To notify you of app updates, new features, and other relevant information.
To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
To analyze anonymous usage patterns to enhance the App's functionality and user interface.
To monitor app performance and address technical issues.
We process your content solely to provide AI email writing features. Your content is never used for training AI models, analytics, marketing, or shared with third parties for any purpose beyond delivering the App service to you.
To provide AI-powered features (email generation, rewriting, humanization, coaching), your content is sent to third-party AI services for real-time processing. These services process your content in real-time as per their API data usage policies and do not use it for training purposes.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with the following third-party services solely to operate and improve the App:
AWS (Amazon Web Services) — cloud hosting and data storage.
OpenAI / AI services — real-time email generation and processing. Your content is processed in real-time and is not stored by these services.
Firebase / Google Analytics — anonymous usage analytics.
Apple / Google — authentication and payment processing.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in the United States. We implement robust technical and organizational measures, including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information and usage data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time through the in-app account settings or by contacting us at support@mailgo.app. When you delete your account, all your personal information and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

Correction — request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete data.
Deletion — request deletion of your personal data.

Our App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use our App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
9. AI Service Transparency
MailGo uses third-party AI services to generate professional emails, rewrite drafts, humanize AI text, and provide workplace communication coaching. When you use these features, your input is sent to third-party AI services for real-time processing. These services do not store your content and do not use it for training their AI models. We are committed to transparency about how AI is used within the App.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page and/or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified Policy.
