Delete Your Account
Follow the steps below to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Account deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
Method 1: Delete In-App
The easiest way to delete your account:
- Open MailGo and go to Settings
- Tap on your profile or account section
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your identity and confirm deletion
Method 2: Email Support
Send an account deletion request to:
support@mailgo.appPlease include your account email and a brief identity verification.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All generated emails and history
- Usage preferences and settings
What May Be Retained
- Payment and transaction records (required by law)
- Anonymized analytics data
Processing Time
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request.
